As I said below, it’s in Warwick (midlands). I’m fucked off paying agents a months rent for their ‘find a tenant’ fee. Have done that for ten years...basically just looking for the best place to advertise? Probably online I guess? I’ll ask for previous landlord/references etc.

Places I rent have a agent that does the advertising, visits, sorts out paperwork and does background checks etc. £200 flat fee per tenant.

Rightmove and Zoopla with an agent, no let, no fee
Or pay one of those companies to list.
However best to go with an agent, haggle a tenant find fee only.
For free try gumtree... but 50/50 on quality of tenants
